Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located near a busy roundabout close to the village of Oranmore, about 8 kilometers from Galway City. The rooms offer an excellent view and come with handy facilities for children. The service was exceptional, especially from Ann the Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate requests. However, the dining experience was marred by a rude foreign chef. The location, though not scenic due to the roundabout, is practical with easy access to public transport.
The hotel is situated near a busy roundabout close to the village of Oranmore, about 8 kilometers from Galway City. While the setting is not particularly scenic due to its location next to the roundabout, the efficiency in the restaurant and the proximity to various sites make it a convenient choice. The staff, especially Ann the Duty Manager, provide exceptional service, always willing to assist with requests, such as providing a fridge for keeping personal items. The rooms offer good amenities, including a hand soap dispenser accessible for children and an excellent view. However, the dining experience may be affected by a rude foreign chef, and the rate paid may not fully align with the served options. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant stay at a reasonable value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had a nice view out the window. The staff, especially Ann the Duty Manager, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for getting around, although it wasn't the most scenic setting. The dining experience was tasty, but the rate I paid for it was a bit high. Overall, I had a great time and felt well taken care of.
The hotel is situated on a busy roundabout close to the village of Oranmore, about 8 km from Galway City. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the dining experience was let down by a rude foreign chef. The location is efficient but lacks a scenic setting, with some areas empty on arrival. The staff provides amazing service, especially Ann the Duty Manager, who goes above and beyond to meet your requirements.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, and the staff provided amazing service. The rooms were in great condition, spacious, and had everything we needed, including three beds. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with a rude foreign chef. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few small drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from the lovely village of Oranmore and a short drive from Galway City. The service was exceptional, especially from Ann, the Duty Manager. While the rooms were comfy and had good amenities, the hand soap dispenser placement in the bathroom made it a bit tricky with my small children. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were top-notch. Worth every penny!
